Located in the municipality of Calvià, in a residential area close to the beach and with sea views, the site is defined by its steep slope and the presence of large pine trees both within the plot and in the adjacent protected green area. At first glance, Villa Sky stands out as a exposed concrete volume that rests lightly on a series of concrete walls, creating the impression—when seen from a distance—that the volume floats above the water of the pool and the garden shrubs.
Inside the house, the monumentality of exposed concrete, although present, is softened by the strong connection between the interior spaces and the exterior environment, particularly the vegetation and the sea. Whether through terraces overlooking the sea or openings that frame the surrounding landscape, the interior remains in constant dialogue with the exterior, blurring the boundaries between inside and outside and encouraging daily life to extend outdoors.

The daytime living areas are located on the ground floor, in direct connection with the terrace, the main swimming pool, and the landscaped garden. The first floor accommodates the sleeping areas, connected to the sea through a long terrace that runs along the main façade and whose primary function is to provide protection from rain and the Mediterranean sun. The rooftop level is conceived as a leisure area, featuring a second, smaller swimming pool.
The landscape design aims to be sensitive to the existing vegetation and fully integrated into the surroundings. For this reason, a selection of native island plant species has been introduced, contributing to reduced water consumption and low maintenance requirements.
